Red Hat Satellite 6.1.9 Mongod and Pulp_celerybeat service not starting after reboot.
Issue
- [ERROR] 2 mongod is not running
- [ERROR] 3 pulp_celerybeat is not running
- After mounting /var/lib/mongodb to a new partition and taking a reboot, the respective services are not coming up. katello-service restart also does not work.

- Red Hat Satellite 6.1.9
