RHV: Virtual machine died on destination after migration
Issue
- The migration completed, but the VM did not run on the destination
- Virtual Machine died on the destination shortly after finishing the migration
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.2
- VM has High Availability with Lease configured
- VM has Virtio Serial Console configured
- vdsm-4.20 on the destination host
- Cluster Level is 4.1
