Issue

The NFSv4 server does not recall delegation when the file is removed
When a file is modified on NFSv4 server, clients are still able to access the old data
NFSv4 delegations aren't recalled/revoked on rename/link/unlink of files
NFSv4 delegations aren't recalled/revoked on rename/link/unlink of files
When a file is renamed, link or unlinked in the NFS server, NFS clients are not made aware of modifications if delegations are used with NFSv4.
