How to redirect insecure http traffic to https on the OpenShift router

Issue

• We want to force traffic from http to https for better security
• Set insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy but it still is not working. What else can we check?
• insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy: Redirect - It doesn't not re-direct http to https
