Getting error "unexpected error occurred importing uploaded file: ''ascii'' codec can''t decode byte 0xe2 in position 432: ordinal not in range(128)" while uploading custom package to repository

Issue

• While uploading custom package to the repository getting below error:
  unexpected error occurred importing uploaded file: ''ascii'' codec can''t decode byte 0xe2 in position 432: ordinal not in range(128)
• Custom package is getting installed manually on system but fails with above error while uploading in custom repository.
• On Satellite web UI, Monitor >> Tasks shows below error:
  Katello::Errors::PulpError: PLP0047: The importer yum_importer indicated a failed response when uploading rpm unit to repository
