Red Hat Smart Card Manager / ESC "netkey is undefined" errors with Firefox version 17
Issue
- ESC esc-1.1.0-25.el6_4.1 may fail to start with several errors and not detect smart cards after updating RHEL 6.4z with errata:

- With errors in popup windows like:
Smart Cart Manager
Can't get UniversalXPConnect.TypeError:
Components.classes.['@redhat.com/rhCookey;1'] is undefined
OK
and
Smart Cart Manager
Coolkey.GetAvailableCoolKeys() failed! undefined(undefined)
OK
and
Smart Cart Manager
Can't get UniversalXPConnect.TypeError: netkey is undefined

Environment
- RHEL 6.4 updated with errata from
