Only seeing half our JMS messages when one HornetQ node in cluster is killed in JBoss EAP

Issue

We have a 2-node HornetQ cluster - node A and B. When we send messages to node A they get load-balanced round-robin across both nodes which is as expected. However, after we kill node B and send messages to node A we only see half of the messages as if load-balancing is still impacting message distribution.
