RHV: After upgrading to RHV 4.2 the Virtual Machine CD-ROM device is missing.
Issue
- Cannot change the CD of Virtual Machine
Error while executing action Change CD: Failed to perform "Change CD" operation, CD might be still in use by the VM.
- VM does not detect CD
- VM does not have a CD-ROM drive internally
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.2.3
- Upgraded from Red Hat Virtualization 4.1
