Issue

  • Snapshot deletion (Live Merge) failed.
  • RHV Admin Portal reported the following;
  • Virtual Machine died after thin-disk extension (block_resize).
VM vm-x is down with error. Exit message: Lost connection with qemu process.
  • The qemu log for the VM contained;
aio_co_schedule: Co-routine was already scheduled in 'aio_co_schedule'
2018-06-22 17:27:11.034+0000: shutting down, reason=crashed

  • Red Hat Virtualization Hypervisor (RHVH) 4.2-3.1
    • vdsm-4.20.27.2-1.el7
