Issue

  • Mongodb service fails to start on the Satellite server.
     ERROR: dbpath (/data/db/) does not exist.
     Create this directory or give existing directory in --dbpath.

  • Removing mongodb directory from /var/log makes mongodb service to fail.

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.2.x.
