Issue

When Red Hat Quay (v2.9.3 and below) has been deployed on OpenShift custom TLS certificates uploaded via superuser panel are not properly loaded into the python-requests certificate chain. This causes failure when attempting to configure external services protected by TLS for use with Quay Enterprise.
