Using FlexVolumes with containerized atomic-openshift-node

Issue

When using containerized atomic-openshift-node, openshift is unable to find the flexvolume plugins because the directory where the plugin and its configuration resides in the host are not shared with the container.

Because of this, the containerized atomic-openshift-node can't use the flexvolume.
