Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 4 KVM Host
  • libvirt-0.10.2-18.el6_4.3
  • Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01)
  • ixgbe driver parameter options ixgbe max_vfs=63,63 is used
  • Third party/upstream ixgbe driver version 3.13.10 is used
  • Guest also has 18 other Virtual NIC'S attached to it
  • Devices are attached via interface element and of the type='hostdev'
