Error message seen in libvirtd logs

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 4 KVM Host
- libvirt-0.10.2-18.el6_4.3
- Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01)
- ixgbe driver parameter
options ixgbe max_vfs=63,63is used - Third party/upstream ixgbe driver version 3.13.10 is used
- Guest also has 18 other Virtual NIC'S attached to it
- Devices are attached via interface element and of the type='hostdev'
