Issue

  • Our USB device stopped working. dmesg logs show the following:

    hub 3-0:1.0: port 1 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...  
usb 3-1: USB disconnect, address 2  
usb 3-1: reset full speed USB device using address 2  
usb 3-1: device not accepting address 2, error -22
