Recurring execution of cron jobs

Issue

• Run commands using cron every 2nd Thursday in a month
• cron line in job exection doesn't seem to work as expected
• 0 2 8-14 * 4 crontab entry makes the command executed both on Thursdays and on days 8-14 of any month
