How to restore access to the admin portal in EPP 4.3

Issue

While configuring JBoss Portal 4.3 the user has unchecked the 'View Recursive' option under security tab of Admin portal object. Because of it he is now not able to view admin portal.
He is not having the latest database backup either.

Can you please tell me that how I can enable the same through database. Which are the entries I need to change/add into database.
