When trying to connect to the console of a RHEV VM, getting the following error message: "unable to connect to the graphic server"

Issue

Seeing the following error message when attempting to access Spice console of a VM via RHEVm Admin Portal:

unable to connect to the graphic server

The following packages are already installed on the server:

  xorg-x11-drv-qxl
  spice-xpi

Use can not open spice console with RHEV User portal with below message.
"Unable to connect to the graphic server"
