Highly Available (HA) VMs with a VM lease failed to start after a 4.1 to 4.2 upgrade.

The message reported was;
Failed to run VM abc due to a failed validation: [Cannot run VM. Invalid VM lease. Please note that it may take few minutes to create the lease.] (User: admin@internal).
