Several RHV hosts went non operational at the same time
Issue

Several hosts went non operational/non-operational/NonOperational at the same time.

All of the affected hosts were running RHEL 7.5, but with a 7.4 kernel.

The one RHEL 7.5 with a 7.5 kernel was unaffected.

On each host, an
lvmprocess encountered aSIGSEGVfault (segfault).

- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.1.8
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.5 hosts with 7.4 kernels;
- kernel-3.10.0-693.25.7.el7.x86_64
- vdsm-4.19.51-1.el7ev.x86_64
