yum update failed with dependency with subscription-manager-firstboot and adwaita-gtk3-theme

Issue

• I wanted to update the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 server into Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4.
• I configured the local repository including Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4, and enabled it.
• The yum update command failed with the following error.

  Error: Package: subscription-manager-firstboot-1.13.22-1.el7.x86_64 (@anaconda/7.1)
           Requires: subscription-manager-gui = 1.13.22-1.el7
           Removing: subscription-manager-gui-1.13.22-1.el7.x86_64 (@anaconda/7.1)
               subscription-manager-gui = 1.13.22-1.el7
           Updated By: subscription-manager-gui-1.19.23-1.el7_4.x86_64 (localrepo7.4)
               subscription-manager-gui = 1.19.23-1.el7_4

  Error: gnome-themes-standard conflicts with adwaita-gtk3-theme-3.8.4-3.el7.x86_64
   You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
