In Ansible Tower, Why Is the Stdout from my Job Displaying in the Wrong Order?

Issue

When viewing the stdout after a job run in Tower, the tasks are printing in a jumbled order.

Environment

  • Ansible Tower < 3.3.0
  • Ansible Engine <= 2.5.2
