Error deploying a custom APIcast policy on OpenShift

Issue

I followed the instructions on how to add a custom APIcast policy explained in the documentation, but I am getting the following error:

error instantiating Build from BuildConfig 3scale/apicast-custom-policies (0): Error resolving ImageStreamTag amp-apicast:2.2.0-GA in namespace 3scale: unable to find latest tagged image
