Configure Dex as an OIDC provider for OpenShift

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

Dex is an identity service that uses OpenID Connect to drive authentication for other apps. Dex is useful as an portal to other identity providers via various connectors such as LDAP, Github, and OpenID Connect.

OpenShift can be configured to make use of dex for authentication. This is very useful to bridge OIDC providers to OpenShifts oauth based authentication system. This solution provides an example configuration for OpenShift 3.7.
