RHV: Virtual Machines fail to start and migrate with "Failed to lock byte 100"
Issue
- After upgrade to RHEL 7.5 Hosts/Hypervisors, no Virtual Machines can be started or migrated to the new hosts.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.1, 4.2
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 and higher
- kernel-3.10.0-862
- qemu-kvm-rhev-2.10
- NFS Storage Domain
- NFSv4 hosted on Windows 2012 R2 Server
