RHV-M engine-setup failed on pg_upgrade tool when upgrading from 4.1.11 to 4.2 version.
Issue
- RHV-M fails to upgrade to version 4.2 when upgrading from 4.1.11
- Fails with error message:
'Misc configuration': Command '/opt/rh/rh-postgresql95/root/usr/bin/postgresql-setup' failed to execute
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) version RHV-M 4.1.11
- rhvm-setup-plugins-4.2.9
- postgresql-9.2.23
- rh-postgresql95-postgresql-9.5.9
