Virt-who on Satellite 6.2 fails with environment error
Issue
Satellite 6.2 server running virt-who throws the following error:
2018-06-04 13:00:26,503 [virtwho.destination_-114962831947475031 ERROR] MainProcess(5510):Thread-3 @virt.py:_send_data:640 - Error during hypervisor checkin: Cannot send data to: <owner>, because Satellite env: Library/<some_content_view> differs from configuration: Library
This only happens on the server running virt-who (be it a self-registered satellite server or a content host registered to the satellite server).

Virt-who 0.21.7-1.el7_5
