Receive license error when installing or starting MetaMatrix

Issue

  • Received following error while installing the server:
    Failed to add source. You have reached the
limit of sources per VDB defined in your MetaMatrix license.  Number of
sources in VDB: 1.
com.metamatrix.api.exception.MetaMatrixException[0]:
[MetaMatrixProcessingException]Failed to add source. You have reached
the limit of sources per VDB defined in your MetaMatrix license.
 Number of sources in VDB: 1.
  • See error similar to below in MM process logs:
    No license for product MetaMatrix Enterprise version 5.5.
[main|0] ERROR <CONTROLLER|0> No license for product MetaMatrix Enterprise version 5.5.
This server installation is not licensed for MetaMatrix Enterprise version 5.5.
