System panics in "process_one_work" while processing "od_dbs_timer" function
Issue
During boot-time, the system panics while processing deferred work (process_one_work() routine), specifically od_dbs_timer() function.
(see example backtrace in Diagnostic Steps below)
Note that this does not necessarily need to happen during boot time.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- so far seen only on PowerPC machine
