All nodes go to NotReady when applying NetworkPolicy that contains an ingress section

Issue

  • When a network policy is applied that contains an ingress section with a CIDR range, all of the nodes in the cluster change to NotReady status.
  • Under some circumstances some OpenShift services may also crash when a network policy is applied that contains an ingress section.
