How to enable firstboot with NTP/timezone configuration after initial configuration has been completed when using GUI
Issue
- Need to re-enable the firstboot service for NTP configuration on a system with GUI
- When following the product documents here 29.3 Starting Initial Setup Manually - Red Hat Customer Portal the firstboot screen shows twice, the first time showing with NTP spoke and the second time without NTP spoke
