  • Booting with kernel-3.10.0-693.21.1.el7 or later hangs after displaying the following messages:

    ACPI: bus type PCI registered
acpiphp: ACPI Hot Plug PCI Controller Driver version: 0.5
PCI: Using configuration type 1 for base access

  • kernel-3.10.0-693.21.1.el7 and later
