ERROR UT005023: Exception handling org.apache.jasper.JasperException in JBoss EAP 7.1.0

Issue

  • Combination of Struts-el, JSTL 1.2 and html tag lib giving TLD error, Same code base working in JBoss 5.1.0 but not in JBoss 7.1.0.
  • Due to unresponsive TLD, tags and attributes are inactive.
Exception handling request to /xx/x.jsp: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /x.jsp (JBWEB004251: An error occurred at line: xx column: x) JBWEB004195: According to TLD or attribute directive in tag file, attribute value does not accept any expressions.
