The SPM role moved while attempting to remove a guest
Issue
- There was guest server which we wanted to remove from our setup
- When we try to remove it the spm get changed
- Removal of the VM also failed
- SPM role moved while attempting to remove guest VM
- SPM role moved unexpectedly
- Attempted removal of guest VM failed
- While migrating from RHEV 2.2 to 3.0
