rsylogd is consuming all available memory on OpenShift 3.7 master node running on RHEL 7.4
Issue
What - rsylogd is consuming very high memory.
where - ocp-master-1 node
When - The issue occurs within 2 hours of restarting rsyslogd
valgrind memcheck was used to check for memory leaks, but the report showed no memory leak.
Environment
- OCP 3.7
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4
