How to disable redirecting from http to https on 3scale admin & developer portals

Issue

Refering to secured routes documentation, we set "termination" to "edge", and "insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy" to "Allow", but the http access is redirected to https in the system-provider-admin-route and the system-developer-route. However, in the api-apicast-production-route and the api-apicast-staging-route, the http access is not redirected to https although the configurations are the same. How can we disable this redirect to https?
