[Satellite6] Upgrade fails on 'service-wait start qpidd' returning 6
Issue
- running a Satellite upgrade
- it fails with error "
Could not start Service[qpidd]: Execution of '/usr/share/katello-installer-base/modules/service_wait/bin/service-wait start qpidd' returned 6:" qpiddprocess is running and - after some time - also listening on its port 5671
