Calling an OpenShift defined pipeline from another pipeline registers a failure

Issue

• Calling an OpenShift defined pipeline from another OpenShift pipeline registers a failure even though the 2nd pipeline does, in fact, get triggered
• Two pipelines which are created by importing a BuildConfig pipeline into OpenShift. Chain1 does nothing but call Chain2 using a "build job" statement. Upon calling Chain2, Chain1 registers an error "ERROR: Failed to trigger build of example/test-chain2-pipeline" and fails even though Chain2 does trigger.
• Chained or nested Jenkins pipeline fails even though second build starts
