RabbitMQ timeout settings.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • RabbitMQ timeout is set to 5000ms (5 seconds)
  • RabbitMQ resource timeout in Pacemaker is set to 40 seconds.
  • In some cases if the load on the system or network is too high the 5 second timeout can force RabbitMQ into a split brain situation.
  • A more permanent solution is being worked under Bug 1591501 for RHOSP10 & Bug 1592554 for RHOSP11
