Cinder volume detach not working
Issue
Customer build docker containers for nova-compute (openstack-nova) based on Redhat Newton version (OSP10).
They are running these containers on Ubuntu 14.04 compute node servers. On each compute node they run a nova-compute docker container.
They are able to successfully launch instances and attach cinder volumes to them but they are not able to detach the volumes.

- Containers on Ubuntu 14.04
- openstack-nova-14.0.8-5.el7ost.noarch
