Why I do get this error on ironic-conductor.log u'Error: The location 41162 is outside of the device /dev/sdc.\n' and the deployment fails with No valid host was found ?

Issue

• Ironic is detecting wrong disk size
• The deployment fails with No valid host was found and the following error can we seen in ironic-conductor.log

This root partition (40960 MB) size, does not match the physical disk size that is 300GB
