`crm_mon -s` prints `"CLUSTER OK"` when there are nodes in `UNCLEAN (online)` status

Issue

  • crm_mon -s prints "CLUSTER OK" when there are nodes in UNCLEAN (online) status.
  • crm_mon shows a problem and crm_mon -s does not.
