Cannot see new host added in the Hosted-Engine Dashboard - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

Cannot see new host in the Hosted-Engine Dashboard, tried installing a new RHV-Host in the environment and after installation cannot see it on the dashboard as a self-hosted engine node also cannot migrate virtual machine with Hosted-Engine on it. When # hosted-engine --vm-status command is run on the host, it shows below message:

# hosted-engine --vm-status
You must run deploy first
