Kickstarted guest virtual machines boot into Xen kernel by default

Issue

*  Kickstarted guest VM's first come up with the kernel-xen by default, instead of the regular kernel

*  During a kernel update the default choice of the kernel is reverted to kernel-xen instead of the regular kernel

Environment

* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5

* Kickstarted VM using @Everything
