Error "NetworkPlugin cni failed to set up pod" on Openshift Online v3
Issue
Not able to deploy containers due error:
Failed create pod sandbox: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = NetworkPlugin cni failed to set up pod "mypod" network: CNI request failed with status 400: 'failed to run IPAM for : failed to run CNI IPAM ADD: failed to allocate for range 0: no IP addresses available in range set: 10.0.0.0/24. '
