Why gluster peer status show nodes disconnected with appropriate iptable rules in RHGS ?

- Why glusterd daemon not able to communicate with other gluster daemons with appropriate iptable rules ?
- Why glusterd process failed to connect to other glusterd processes if iptable service is started before glusterd service ?
