How to replicate Intelligent Process Server state to other nodes without using Rest API in BPM Suite 6?

Could you please let us know if there is any way to create kie containers without using rest api? We have kie container created in development environment. We wanted to have same setup in environment B (this time we do not want to hit rest api for creating container , instead wanted to copy some configuration / state from environment A- so that it would automatically create container when we bring up jbpm) . Is it possible to ship the kie container state from one environment to another?
