WorkflowRuntimeException wraps only the most bottom root cause Exception when using ruleflow

Issue

• When an Exception is thrown from RHS of a rule in a ruleflow, the Exceptions is wrapped in a WorkflowRuntimeException. However, it doesn't contain ConsequenceException in the middle of the stacktrace which was available and useful for trouble-shooting (e.g. what is the match) in BRMS 6.2.0.
