[RHEV] Cannot attach NFS export domain

Issue

Scenario 1:
* Attached an NFS Export Domain to a RHEV cluster and exported all VM's to the domain.
* RHEV was then reinstalled from scratch and then an attempt was made to reattach the export domain.
* The export domain added ok and was able to be attached to the cluster but when trying to activate the domain it disappeared.
Scanrio 2:
* NFS export domain was added to a DC and then later "destroyed" via the RHEVM GUI
* NFS export domain would not attach to a new DC

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 2.2
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.0
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.1
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.2
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.3
