`SAPInstance` stops on all nodes when binaries are missing on any of the nodes that can run the resource

Issue

  • All instance of same SAPInstance cluster resource are stopped when any of the instances detects missing binaries.
  • All instance of same SAPInstance cluster resource are stopped when message ERROR: Expected /usr/sap/$SID/SYS/profile/ to be a directory, please set DIR_PROFILE parameter! is printed in logs.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 with High-Availability or Resilience Storage Add-on
  • pacemaker cluster
  • SAPInstance running as Master/Slave resource
