Failed to mount Azure File with "could not resolve address" in OpenShift 3
Issue
When using Azure File as a Persistent Disk with OpenShift 3, failed to mount with the following error.
mount error: could not resolve address for <storage account name>
.file.core.windows.net: Unknown error
